Respect for copyright
Setflow respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects platform users to do the same. If you believe content published on the platform (in a profile, listing, or portfolio) infringes your copyright, you can file a report as described below.
How to report a copyright violation
The report should include the following information so we can act on it:
- —Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- —A direct link (URL) to the disputed content on the platform.
- —Your name and contact details (email).
- —A good-faith statement that use of the disputed content isn't authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
- —A statement that the information provided is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
What we do when we receive a report
We manually review every report. If it's valid, we remove or hide the disputed content (photo, description, portfolio item, listing) until the matter is resolved, and the user who posted it is notified of the reason.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice via the same page, state which content was removed and why you believe the removal wasn't justified. We review every case individually.
Repeat offenders
Accounts that repeatedly and substantiatedly infringe third-party copyright may be permanently removed from the platform, in accordance with the process described in the Terms of Use.
